HR Admin Specialist with English

Babel Profiles is seeking a highly skilled HR Admin Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable and engaged workforce by ensuring effective management of HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's attendance tool, annual leave, and bank holidays to ensure accurate data reflection in the HR system.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Support HR reporting and assist the HR Manager with projects, including internal initiatives and legal procedures.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires and manage their information in the HR system.
  • Improve current initiatives and drive the HR function to the next level.
Core Skills/Experience:
  • A degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker to drive improvements.
  • A great team player with stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
