The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our Sales team based in Barcelona. As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of up to 10 SDRs.
You will work closely with the SDR Manager to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and engage the individuals to ensure continued success in target achievement.
- Setup monthly development objectives for the team and review employees' performance.
- Coach and mentor a world-class cross-functional team, focusing on constant skill development and identifying individual and team training needs.
- Have an in-depth understanding of our products to confidently provide mentorship for your SDR team.
- Work in partnership with other SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and relevant product/feature updates.
- Develop specific training sessions based on collected call recordings and design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and pitch-simulation.
Requirements
- Experience in an outbound sales or business development or lead generation role, ideally within the SaaS or tech-related industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in a leadership, management, or coaching role.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and solution-driven attitude.
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
- Ability to design effective training programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
