Transformative Leadership Opportunity

Takeda, a global pharmaceutical leader, seeks a visionary Business Unit Head to lead our GI & Vaccines sector. As a key member of our Iberia Leadership Team, you will drive business success and shape the future of pharmaceutical breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations.
  • Implement innovative sales and digital marketing strategies, including omnichannel and modular content approaches.
  • Take ownership of the P&L for the BU and foster a customer-centric mindset where patient needs come first.

Requirements:

  • University Degree qualification.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles.
  • Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and delivering innovative solutions.
