Job Summary

Takeda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Head to lead our GI & Vaccines team. As a key member of our Iberia Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Lead a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and omnichannel strategies
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key customers, KOLs, and scientific societies
  • Monitor budget, resource allocation, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Requirements

  • University Degree qualification
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles
  • Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and able to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions
