Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the GI & Vaccines Business Unit, ensuring alignment with Takeda's overall objectives.
  • Lead a dynamic team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging digital marketing campaigns and omnichannel strategies to deliver exceptional patient experiences and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage the P&L for the Business Unit, implementing targeted patient programs to support access to medicines and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical and Value & Access functions, to develop innovative commercial programs and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • University Degree qualification.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles.
  • Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and able to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions.
  • Business acumen and ability to manage a P&L.
