Job Overview

The North Face is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the daily operations of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales floor by maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions and handle customer returns
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education
  • One year of retail experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
