**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through effective commercial capabilities strategy planning and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for entry-level and experienced field force associates, focusing on sales techniques, presentations, project and product applications information.
  • Commercial Upskilling of Field Roles: Develop and implement local strategies to deploy global enterprise programs for field force associates at a country level, enhancing their commercial skills and capabilities.
  • Role Onboarding: Partner with the business to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new field force associates, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Change Management: Provide consultation and support in the acceleration of adoption of new ways of working or AI products in brands/teams, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Global Council Capability Meetings: Participate in global council meetings to discuss and align on commercial development capability plans, ensuring a unified approach across the organization.
  • LMS and Training Budget Management: Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and training budget, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal return on investment.
  • Bring the Outside In: Identify and incorporate external trends, latest learning methodologies, and best practices to upgrade our existing learning strategy plans, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Capability Building Projects: Collaborate with relevant personnel and agencies to design and develop capability building projects for field associates, enhancing their skills and capabilities.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Experience in a Learning Role: Proven experience in a learning role, preferably in commercial training, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
  • Passionate about New Learning Methodologies: A passion for new learning methodologies, with a curiosity to explore and implement innovative approaches.
  • Experience in Change Management: Experience in change management, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management of Dashboards and KPIs: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage dashboards and KPIs, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Management of Learning Platforms (LMS): Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
