High-Level Sales Team Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our internal sales representatives to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor internal sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure high-quality results and achieve sales targets.
- Develop coaching initiatives to support the growth and development of individual team members.
- Conduct live call monitoring to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective measures.
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- A university degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in inside sales, preferably with a strong knowledge of the healthcare market.
- Prior experience as a team leader is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using technology to manage tasks and communications.
- A motivated and energetic self-starter who can achieve set targets while working effectively as part of a team.

Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
