We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Manager to join our team at a Luxury Lifestyle 5* Hotel in Barcelona.

About the Role

As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for the hotel. You will be responsible for leading the sales and events team, developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales and events team to achieve budgeted top line revenue and RevPAR targets
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profits and ensure outstanding guest service
  • Maintain and exceed hotel and group standards to drive revenue growth
  • Assist in all sales strategies and actions necessary to exceed budgeted goals
  • Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports to make informed sales strategy decisions
  • Organize and participate in fam trips and sales blitzes/missions for the hotel group
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales roles, with at least 3 years as a senior manager or ADOS within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills in Spanish and English, Catalan is a plus but not required
  • Good understanding and experience of group, corporate, leisure and event markets and previous work experience in the Barcelona luxury lifestyle market
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Opera and Delphi are a plus
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
