We are seeking a talented B2B customer service agent to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves interacting with customers via various channels, resolving their queries, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key Accountabilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer request processing.
- Offer solutions to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Native fluency in French and a minimum B2 level in English.
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Annual salary: €10,740 (€895 gross / month) + up to €1,200 performance bonus.
- Meal vouchers: €7.23 per workday.
- Transportation reimbursement.
- Private health insurance and dental plan after six months.
