We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team. As a hybrid workplace, we offer a collaborative environment where you can work remotely for a portion of the week and spend 2 days in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for all stages of the development lifecycle.
  • Integrate testing frameworks with our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure continuous quality.
  • Utilize Grafana and K6 to conduct load testing, analyze performance, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Provide recommendations to improve system performance based on load test results.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality assurance engineers in best practices, including code reviews and pair programming.
  • Ensure all testing is aligned with business goals and project timelines. Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Playwright.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test strategies, processes, and outcomes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.
