About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our Gaming - Engineering team in Málaga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Casino/Live Dealer services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product standards and procedures to eliminate product development issues, improve product quality, and increase the overall end-user experience.
  • Accountable for the development, expectations setting, and continuous improvement of the quality assurance function.
  • Partner with business leadership and team members to address opportunities to improve quality assurance.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance strategy covering all types of approaches, from automation to performance testing.
  • Develop and manage reporting, metrics, and analysis to evaluate the quality of our products, training, and communication.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to develop and foster an environment of open communication and drive engagement.
  • Perform research on industry and Casino/Live Dealer best practices and lead implementation efforts to assure continuous improvement of products' quality.
  • Support interactions and change management efforts involving initiatives, goals, and objectives.
  • Identify training needs and team member training resources when needed.
  • Interview, hire, and train team members; make hiring decisions and design individual development plans with succession planning in mind for all key roles.
  • Plan team capacity by assigning/reviewing and directing work.
  • Evaluate individual team members' performance.
  • Participate in POCs to evaluate new technologies/tools that can be adopted by our teams following industry agile quality principles.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance with a track record of implementing effective quality strategies for online Casino and Live Dealer digital products.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing functions, teams, or departments required.
  • Demonstrated experience with development, assessment, or review of quality assurance policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls is required.
  • Deep understanding of how to apply agile quality assurance principles to an agile product development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate and mentor a team of quality assurance direct reports.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong experience in functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and scalability.
  • Strong experience/knowledge of testing technologies and automation frameworks.
  • Proactive in staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the quality landscape.
  • Ability to introduce innovative approaches to enhance the overall quality of Casino and Live Dealer products.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, with a critical view of current processes and excellence.
  • Ability to initiate, recognize, and manage change.
