About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Data and Research Services (DRS) team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our consulting teams by delivering high-quality research and analysis to drive business insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on commercial, multi-industry, and economic topics to deliver comprehensive findings and insights.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various industries and functional areas, including industrial goods, healthcare, energy, consumer goods, marketing, technology, and public sector.
  • Work closely with senior team members to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver accurate and timely data and information.
  • Collaborate with DRS colleagues to develop and implement research strategies, and provide synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities, and trade data.
  • Communicate complex research findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide recommendations for business solutions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a passion for uncovering insights through diverse sources.
  • Excellent English, Spanish, and a third language (German or French) proficiency.
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience in research and data analysis.
