We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Data and Research Services team. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality research support to our consulting teams, including developing topic knowledge and industry expertise, utilizing and developing tools and technology, and working flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing topic knowledge and industry expertise in areas such as tourism, hospitality, and transportation
  • Utilizing and developing tools and technology to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant data and information
  • Working collaboratively with consulting teams and knowledge teams to understand, scope, and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information
  • Providing advanced synthesis and developing deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources

We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as tourism, hospitality, or aviation management. You should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English and another European language. Experience in research databases such as OAG, Phocuswright, Euromonitor, or STR is a plus.
