Job Title: Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Associate to join our Data and Research Services (DRS) team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our consulting teams with high-quality research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on a range of media and technology-related topics, synthesizing data and facts into timely and accurate output.
  • Support research products, including news alerts, company profiles, and knowledge capture and documentation.
  • Engage with customers, thinking analytically, and working accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with senior team members, consulting teams, and knowledge teams to deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or media.
  • Understanding and interest in technology-related topics, such as software, IT services, semiconductors, and consumer tech.
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience in market research, consulting, or the TMT sector.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with another language a plus (German preferred).

The Data and Research Services (DRS) function is a dynamic and highly visible center of excellence focused on business research and process innovation. We collaborate with our consulting teams to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients. DRS provides specialist research services to consulting teams and our Knowledge Team, taking deep pride in developing rapid and precise results.

We design algorithms and build complex models out of large amounts of data, providing innovative solutions that help our clients tackle their most pressing issues.
