Job Title: Research Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Data and Research Services (DRS) team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our consulting teams with high-quality research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on a range of media and technology-related topics, synthesizing data and facts into actionable insights.
  • Support the development of research products, including news alerts, company profiles, and other materials.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information to our clients.
  • Engage with customers, working closely with our Consulting and Knowledge Teams to understand, scope, and deliver research projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge capture and documentation systems to ensure seamless knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or media.
  • Understanding and interest in technology-related topics, such as software, IT services, semiconductors, and consumer tech.
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience in market research, consulting, or the TMT sector.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with another language a plus (German preferred).
