Job Title: Research Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Data and Research Services team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consulting teams by providing high-quality research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and data analysis to support business development initiatives and client projects
  • Developing and maintaining research knowledge and expertise in various industries, including tourism, hospitality, and transportation
  • Collaborating with consulting teams to deliver accurate and timely research and data insights
  • Utilizing advanced research tools and databases to collect, summarize, and synthesize data
  • Providing synthesized results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of business research experience, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or transportation industries
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a strong preference for tourism or hospitality management
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language
