About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with at least 5 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition or a similar field. As a Strategic Talent Development Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet and exceed recruitment targets while developing critical competencies. Your mission is to maintain a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates, even in high-pressure contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve high performance and meet strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to our specific challenges, maintaining a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business goals and providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those reaching interview stages, reflecting our values and attracting top talent.
  • Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to our key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
  • Strengthen our employer brand by increasing its visibility in key sourcing channels, ensuring our reputation attracts diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process, embedding these values in every hiring decision.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position, managing a team of at least two recruiters.
  • Strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding a recruitment team to collaboration and high performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to act as a trusted strategic partner for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to anticipate challenges, offer innovative solutions, and adjust recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in using data-driven approaches and recruitment tools to optimize processes and ensure performance is continuously tracked and improved.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating your ability to manage high-volume recruitment while effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic setting.
