The Account Manager plays a critical role in sales, business development, and renewals support for the Regional Account Executive. This individual will work closely with the Regional team to achieve success through quota attainment and customer retention. The ideal candidate will leverage their customer management, business, and sales acumen, as well as technical skills, to ensure they meet the required customer renewal targets for their book of business.

The Account Manager's key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization
  • Maintaining technical proficiency related to use cases, technical landscape, and our solutions
  • Performing outreach to prospects and conducting discovery calls
  • Building and expanding our enterprise pipeline with an emphasis on new logos
  • Prospecting into new and existing client base to discover opportunities and upsell
  • Facilitating technical conversations and overcoming objections with technical stakeholders
  • Working cross-functionally with associated internal teams to progress the selling effort
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan industry and partner events

This position requires a customer-first mindset and advocacy, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as in-person and virtual presentation skills, are essential for success in this role.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year. This salary range is determined by a combination of factors, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The compensation package may also include equity and benefits.
