Job Title: Market Development Engineer - IP&E Solutions Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer to join our team at Arrow Electronics. As a Market Development Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and market expansion in the IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical components) segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to accelerate sales and profit growth in assigned markets or business segments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to develop and implement market development plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to drive increased market share and visibility for Arrow Electronics.
- Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management.
- Experience in IP&E and engineering and business strategy, including market & customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, and financial analysis.
- Strong sales skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Full driving license and readiness for business travel.
- English language skills, fluently in writing and spoken.
- Spanish language skills (native or C1).
- Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
