Location Overview:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid offers a unique blend of modern luxury and historical charm. Nestled in the city center, our hotel features a stunning combination of seven historic buildings, complemented by exceptional amenities and dining experiences crafted by world-renowned chefs.
Position: Revenue Management and Reservations Trainee
Ideal Candidate:
- A motivated hospitality student looking to embark on a career in revenue management and reservations.
- A chance to learn and engage in various responsibilities within a nurturing team environment.
- The intern will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue to implement effective strategies and enhance guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of Revenue Management strategies and perform various administrative duties.
- Analyze competitive pricing and develop promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure adherence to Revenue Management standards and maintain data integrity.
- Participate in market trend analysis and forecasting to drive revenue enhancement.
- Work in partnership with reservations, front office, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Address general inquiries related to reservations and manage the customer database.
- Foster customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, multitasking, and familiarity with hotel property management systems.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills, experience in a luxury hotel environment, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
Internship Benefits:
- A full-time internship lasting 6 months, with a daily lunch break and weekends off.
