About the Role:
We are seeking an engaged hospitality student to join our revenue and reservations team as an intern. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to learn and contribute at various levels of responsibility within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue management strategies and assist in various administrative tasks.
- Monitor competitive pricing and develop promotions to optimize revenue.
- Implement revenue management standards and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in forecasting and analyze market trends to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with reservations, front office, and sales teams for effective communication.
- Handle general reservations inquiries and maintain customer database.
- Build customer relationships and provide top-notch service.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills, 5-star hotel experience, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English and Spanish.
What We Offer:
- A 6-month full-time internship with daily lunch break and weekends off.
