About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Revenue & Reservations Intern to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a key member of our revenue management and reservations team, you will be responsible for assisting with revenue management strategies, monitoring competitor pricing, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with revenue management strategies, including monitoring competitor pricing and providing recommendations for rate adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation of revenue reports, including analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the revenue management and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with revenue management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
