About the Role:
We are looking for a Revenue & Reservations Coordinator to support our Director of Revenue in managing the hotel's revenue streams and reservations processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Revenue in developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and hotel performance data to inform revenue decisions.
- Support the Reservations team in managing guest reservations, including responding to inquiries, confirming bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest requests and preferences.
- Prepare and analyze revenue reports, including forecasting and budgeting, to provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve revenue management and reservations processes.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have:
A strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an asset.Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.What We Offer:
