About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Management Director to lead our product team in planning, executing, and delivering successful product updates, features, and new add-on modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the next phase of our product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence and Competitive Research: Gather market intelligence and competitive research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry by participating in industry groups and conferences.
- Content Creation: Lead a team to create compelling content and sales enablement collateral, including battle cards, demos, presentations, training, and one-pagers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their expectations and provide feedback to the product team.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, working closely with customers to commercialize and prioritize new features and products.
- Price Book: Develop and maintain the price book, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with market trends.
- Quarterly Analysis: Provide quarterly analysis of product performance, including trend analysis, quality metrics, and improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in product management, with a focus on the wholesale and/or enterprise messaging space.
- Skills: Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to drive creative solutions and innovations.
