Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Beauty/Cosmetics Sales Manager to lead and achieve our company's sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the company's overall sales targets.
  • Retailer Network Expansion: Actively scout and recruit new retailers, leveraging industry contacts and market knowledge to expand our retailer network.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Execute monthly promotion campaigns across various platforms, including online marketplaces and physical stores.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate beauty advisors, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Live Streaming: Perform live streaming sessions to promote and sell products, engaging directly with the audience.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Team Management: Ability to train and lead a sales team, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
