About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Madrid airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution
  • Build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores
  • Ensure up-to-date training on training apps and tools provided by the Company
  • Adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
  • Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
  • Maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual displays
  • Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team
  • Give support to temporary staff from the agency
  • Accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
  • Submit sales figures to retail specialists with trading comments on time

Requirements
  • Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra language a plus, especially German.
  • 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales-related environment (desirable)
  • Flexibility, ability to go the extra mile
  • Full-time availability and no restrictions on the schedule (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc)
  • Strong passion, ambition, and drive
