Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our team at Coty. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and executing in-store excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets by suggesting alternative and add-on sales, trading up, and utilizing store influence and available Point of Sales tools.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence, and build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio.
  • Maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines.
  • Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required.
  • Give support to temporary staff from the agency and accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits.
  • Submit sales figures to retail specialist with trading comments on time and ensure the effective and efficient running of the store at all times.

Requirements:

  • Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra language a plus, especially German.
  • 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales-related environment (desirable).
  • Flexibility, ability to go the extra mile.
  • FULL TIME AVAILABILITY and NO RESTRICTIONS ON THE SCHEDULE (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc).
  • Strong passion, ambition, and drive.
