KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Luxury Beauty Specialist in Travel Retail, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales goals.
Your focus will include:
- Staying updated with training materials and tools provided by the company.
- Adhering to company dress code and grooming standards.
- Identifying and recommending additional sales opportunities.
- Maintaining strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and colleagues.
- Ensuring proper display and organization of brand shelf layouts.
- Executing promotional activities flawlessly and addressing any issues promptly.
- Utilizing store influence and available sales tools to enhance product visibility.
- Ensuring full stock availability and accuracy in retailer inventory records.
- Maintaining visual displays in accordance with brand and store guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with the Coordinator and Retail Specialist.
- Staying informed about company initiatives.
- Building relationships with store personnel and liaising with the Coty Geneva team as necessary.
- Providing support to temporary staff as needed.
- Completing company documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Submitting sales reports to the retail specialist in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the store operates efficiently at all times.
Travel Retail is a key division of Coty, recognized globally for its leadership in luxury fragrances, representing prestigious brands such as Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, and Chloe.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about beauty and possess excellent grooming standards. As an experienced Luxury Beauty Specialist in Travel Retail, you thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and international setting. Additionally, you should have:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages, particularly German, are advantageous.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience in beauty or luxury retail.
- Flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Full-time availability with no scheduling restrictions.
