Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers, ensuring the successful adoption of SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support for SAP technology and innovations.
• Analyze customer business requirements and problems, working closely with the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team to provide quality services and resolve technical complexities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, accompanying customers throughout their cloud transformation journey and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Technical administration and operations experience, preferably in the domain of SAP Basis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors, SAP HANA, and Sybase databases.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with fluency in Italian, Portuguese, or Turkish language being an advantage.
• Solid know-how in SAP Technologies and Products, with SAP certification highly beneficial.
