Technical Service Manager at Enterprise Cloud Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a Technical Service Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' SAP S/4HANA adoption and cloud transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support for SAP technology and innovations.
- Analyze customers' business requirements and problems, working across the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services.
- Design and implement optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availability.
- Identify and position SAP offerings that deliver value to customers.
- Collaborate with the regional TSM team in Spain, Italy, and India to ensure seamless customer support.
- Minimum 7+ years of SAP Technical administration and operations of SAP Solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors, SAP HANA, and Sybase databases.
- Experience in de-escalating critical situations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Fluency in Italian, Portuguese, or Turkish language is an advantage.
- Solid know-how in SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).
- Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
