Senior Sales Director for I.V.F. Hartmann Holding AG

Founded in 2005, CMC Consumer Medical Care GmbH, a subsidiary of PAUL HARTMANN AG, is a leading OEM and private label solutions provider across Europe.
About 600 employees work at our headquarters in Sontheim, our international sales offices in Sélestat (France) and Barcelona (Spain), as well as at our production sites in Mersin (Turkey) and Düren (Germany).
The company achieves an annual turnover of over €100 million.
We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our Spanish and Portuguese operations, managing a team of 6 employees and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Developing the Spanish and Portuguese retail market potential
- Managing private label and brand business
- International Business Development within the CMC Group
- Further developing the strategic and conceptual Private Label Business
- Steering all market activities to achieve long-term revenue and profit increase
- Annual planning of revenue and profit with the team
- Managing sales prices and negotiations
- Realizing Private Label Projects within timelines
- Recognizing market developments and transferring them into profitable business
- Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail business, including supermarkets, discounters, drugstores, perfumeries, and other beauty channels
- Substantial experience in scaling up business and managing big retailers
- Conceptual and innovative mindset
- Pragmatic and hands-on mentality
- Fluent Spanish and English; German and Portuguese are an advantage
Salary Estimate: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience
