City Center Manager Job Description

Cosentino is seeking a highly skilled City Center Manager to lead our Oslo City Center team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and building relationships with key architects and designers in the area, managing key customers, and generating high-quality leads in collaboration with our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area
  • Manage key customers in the area, planning visits, developing relationships, and generating sales
  • Identify leads potential and track until the close of the trade to ensure the sale
  • Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition
  • Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training, and product differentiation
  • Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales through them according to the sales goals assigned to the position
Business Development:
  • Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks for commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.
  • Coordinate and align the team in the City Center to ensure they are performing their duties
  • Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity
  • Maximize the synergy between commercial and promotional opportunities
  • Capture market trends through external events, seminars, etc.
  • Act as a brand representative in the activities of associations, universities, etc.
Community-Building and Networking Events:
  • Identify activities with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino related to the City
  • Plan events and activities with the City Center team
  • Control budgets and P&L
  • Analyze the ROI of each activity
  • Ensure the execution of events in accordance with the company's policies

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales in the construction or technical sector
  • 5+ years of knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers
  • 3+ years of management of small teams
