Job Title: Regional Treasury Advisor EMEA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Treasury Advisor to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our local treasuries and corporate teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working Capital: Analyze and optimize working capital initiatives to improve CEMEX's cash flow, including account receivables, account payables, and inventory management.
  • Asset Financing: Evaluate and analyze asset financing requests from different business units, including financial and operating lease analysis.
  • Support Corporate Financing Department: Assist in banking relationships and bilateral financing opportunities.
  • Pension Funds: Manage pension fund relationships.
  • Support Corporate Strategic Planning: Contribute to M&A projects.
  • Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Treasury/Finance departments.
  • Languages: Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in desktop applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Soft Skills: Teamwork and self-motivation.

Internal/External Relations:

  • Internal: Local Treasuries, Regional EMEA Teams, and Corporate Teams.
  • External: Local and International banks/financial organizations.
