About the Company: Our client is an innovative and rapidly expanding international company in the corporate travel industry. With a strong focus on sustainability and technology-driven services, we help businesses enhance their travel management through dynamic, forward-thinking solutions.

Sales Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature. You will focus on building strong client relationships during the first year and identify new clients in the German market through strategic research and prospecting activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to engage potential clients across multiple roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers)
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects, leading the negotiation process from initial demo to contract finalization
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline and key metrics
  • Work closely with SDRs and the sales team, proactively proposing strategies, campaigns, and actions to optimize the sales process and drive growth

Core Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR
  • Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
  • Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Our Recruitment Process:

Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped variable compensation and equity participation.
