About the role:

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to design, test, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. They will also have proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments and be able to deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps.

The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Work proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
  • Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
