Salesforce Enterprise Account Executives engage existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision-makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

You'll develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, using your skills to:

  • \
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.\
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives.\
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources like Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.\
  • Territory identification and research, formalizing a go-to-market territory strategy and creating a qualified target account list within 30 days.\
  • Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.\
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account.\

Required Qualifications

A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role, including extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.

You'll need:

  • \
  • A strong technology sales experience (5-10 years, preferably in software or business applications) selling to cross-industry segments.\
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market.\
  • A successful history of net new business sales.\
  • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.\
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.\
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.\

We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sales methodology education, and the ability to develop cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances. You should be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
