Who We Are: We're a highly productive global team consisting of customer journey advocates, lifecycle strategists, and operational programmers. Our primary objective is to connect pet parents with pet sitters and dog walkers, while developing strategic customer-centric go-to-market plans to engage and retain our customers and partners.

The Role: We're seeking a Lifecycle Specialist to join our Care Provider Comms strategy team. This individual will work closely with the entire Lifecycle Marketing strategy team & stakeholders to define project scope and plans, guide teams to deliver quality and on-time projects through effective communications, risk management, and day-to-day oversight. Key responsibilities include executing messaging across each lifecycle stage (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention), supporting Lifecycle engagement goals for our Core and New Business Lines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve these objectives.
