We are looking for a Customer Journey Marketing Strategist to boost our company's growth by developing and optimizing Factorial's Lifecycle strategy for the German market. With Inbound Marketing as our primary acquisition channel, we need someone with a keen interest in lifecycle marketing and an understanding of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lifecycle Campaigns Strategy: Gain insights into the challenges faced by our buyer personas in the German market and create targeted, nurturing communication strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the German Marketing team, Global Marketing Operations, and cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class lifecycle campaigns.
  • Nurturing Optimization: Lead nurturing campaign setup, content creation, and execution, including multi-channel campaigns and email management.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling content for various campaign assets, such as emails, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop messaging and marketing materials that empower the Sales team to acquire new customers and drive contract value growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Factorial's prospect and email database, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy regulations. Additionally, you will plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end digital events, from concept to execution, including logistics, technology, and post-event analytics.
