Site Identification Lead

ICON is seeking a highly skilled Site Identification Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical research organization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential clinical trial sites, ensuring the highest quality and feasibility for our studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site identification process for awarded studies, collaborating with feasibility managers to ensure country-specific feasibility
  • Attend kick-off meetings to ensure full awareness of client needs and project objectives
  • Review site identification budgets and propose changes as required for study delivery to the project manager
  • Liaise with study start-up managers to ensure integrated start-up plans and timely delivery of study start-up timelines
  • Develop site profiles, protocol-specific site requirements, and site identification questionnaires for discussion and approval with the project team and sponsor
  • Develop and implement site ranking plans to ensure high-quality sites are approved for the study
  • Lead a team of site identification specialists responsible for site identification
Requirements:
  • University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent
  • Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, including study start-up and close-out
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
