About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Area/Shift Manager to join our team in Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. This is a permanent position that requires on-site presence and availability to start between June and September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team or process from day one, driving progress and targets.
  • Exercise sound judgement, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard your team's safety while at work and uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities, striving to improve and streamline processes.
  • Work in one of the following areas within Customer Fulfillment operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship.
  • Or work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes.
Requirements
  • Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
  • Willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
