As a Graduate Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in one of our Fulfillment Centers or Delivery Stations. You'll work closely with our operations teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in a Fulfillment Center or Delivery Station
  • Optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Ensure seamless delivery of products to customers
  • Work closely with operations teams to drive results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Ability to work in a non-traditional shift pattern, including nights and weekends
  • Previous work experience in logistics or operations is a plus
