About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Area Manager to join our Fulfillment Center Management team in the EU. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in one of the following areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in a Fulfillment Center or Delivery Station
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure efficient delivery of customer orders
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's high standards of quality and safety

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Ability to relocate for the position if needed
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
