About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Area/Shift Manager to join our Fulfillment Center team in Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in a Fulfillment Center or Delivery Station, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the training and integration of new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard team safety and uphold Amazon's high standards of quality.
  • Improve and streamline processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Area Manager/Shift Manager in a logistics environment is ideal.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
