Are you ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic and growing company? Amazon is seeking a talented Area Manager to join our Fulfillment Center Management team in the EU.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in one of the following areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship. You will also have the opportunity to work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will focus on improving delivery processes to ensure customer orders are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team or process from day one
  • Train and integrate new team members
  • Propel progress and excellence in your team
  • Exercise sound judgment to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Previous work experience in a logistics environment is a plus
