About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. as a key member of our Fulfillment Center operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in one of the following areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship, or work at one of our Delivery Stations to improve delivery processes.
  • Coordinate team activities and processes from day one, taking control of your career and making decisions that drive progress.
  • Train and integrate new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Exercise sound judgment to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Safeguard team safety, uphold Amazon's high standards of quality, and demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Improve and streamline processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed.
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Previous work experience in logistics or a related field is highly desirable.
