Area Manager

As an Area Manager at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U., you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex data to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Operations Professionals: You will be responsible for managing a team of operations professionals to ensure that our business runs efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze and Implement Corrective Actions: You will analyze data and implement corrective actions to ensure that quality and productivity are consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts.
- Support and Lead a Team: You will support and lead a team of operations professionals to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Other Managers: You will collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes and drive business results.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will always include prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: You must have a bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree).
- Advanced Proficiency in English and Local Language: You must have advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
- Relevant Experience in Data Analysis: You must have relevant experience in performing data analysis.
