Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Team of Operations Professionals: You will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals to ensure that our business runs efficiently and effectively.
- Analyse and Implement Corrective Actions: You will analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to ensure that quality and productivity are consistently high.
- Support and Develop Team Members: You will support and develop your team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with Other Managers: You will collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and ensure that our business is running efficiently.
A Day in the Life
As an Area Manager, you will work closely with your team to ensure that our business is running smoothly. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining process efficiency, prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, and addressing individual escalations and process improvement work.
Requirements
- Advanced Proficiency in English and Local Language: You will need to have advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
- Relevant Experience in Data Analysis: You will need to have relevant experience in performing data analysis.
- Experience in a Logistical Working Environment: You will need to have experience working in a logistical environment.
