- Analyze and Improve Processes: You will analyze processes and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high.
- Support and Develop Team Members: You will support and develop team members to build a strong team culture and improve customer service.
- Collaborate with Other Managers: You will collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes and improve operational efficiency.
As an Area Manager, you will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, and address individual escalations and process improvement work.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: You must have a Bachelor's degree or be working towards one.
- Advanced Proficiency in English: You must have advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
- Relevant Experience: You must have relevant experience in performing data analysis.
- Experience in Logistical Working Environment: Experience in a logistical working environment is preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite: Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment is preferred.
