At The Workshop, we're seeking a skilled Service Desk Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT services sector, you'll be responsible for leading a team of technical staff and ensuring they have the capabilities needed to provide Incident, Change, Problem, and Event management services. Your mission will be to develop and manage the Service Desk team, ensuring they're equipped to meet business needs and provide excellent customer service. You'll act as a point of escalation within the team, manage day-to-day workloads, schedules, and leave requests, and promote a continuous improvement ethic. You'll work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve incidents and problems under tight time constraints, and encourage a proactive attitude towards preventing incidents. You'll also provide ongoing, timely updates on product and service interruption issues to management and stakeholders. If you're a motivated and organized individual with experience in staff development, customer focus, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
